Gas Incentive Program Loan
The City of Denver City provides the opportunity for property owners to apply for a low-interest loan to help cover the cost of installing/repairing/replacing property owners natural gas heating systems and the infrastructure related to that project. The interest rate is 1% below the prime rate at the time of application and the term of the loan can be for up to four years. Click here for the application.
