CITY OF DENVER CITY, TX

Located just west of town on US Highway 83, the City of Denver City provides a well-maintained park-like cemetery that is open to the public during daylight hours.  The City of Denver City provides perpetual care for all grave sites and City of Denver City employees also work with funeral homes to assist with burial services during this sensitive time. 

The Cemetery Department provides grounds maintenance and burial operations for the public in the Denver City Memorial Cemetery. The activities include maintenance such as mowing, watering, fertilizing, as well as opening and closing graves and selling cemetery lots.

The overall mission of the Department is to maintain an attractive cemetery that meets the needs of the public in an efficient and effective manner during an emotionally stressful time.  With 19.45 acres of land, the Denver City Memorial Cemetery has room at its current location to provide quality sites and services for many years.
